Current issues in the Lithuanian court system were discussed with representatives of the European Commission
On February 24, an online meeting was held with representatives of the European Commission, attended by the President of the Judicial Council Danguolė Bublienė, members of the Judicial Council Marius Bartninkas and Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė, Deputy Heads of the National Court Administration (NCA) Antanas Jatkevičius and Vaida Petravičienė, Senior Advisor to the Director of the NCA Inga Dauparaitė, and Head of the Legal Research Group of the Supreme Court of Lithuania Rūta Krasuckaitė.
This meeting was organised on the initiative of representatives of the European Commission to discuss issues of particular relevance to the Lithuanian court system in preparation for the Rule of Law report.
