Dialogue between Lithuanian and Ukrainian mediators at the Supreme Court of Lithuania
On the 5th of May, mediators from the Supreme Court of Lithuania – Chairperson of the Civil Division Artūras Driukas, and judges Dalia Vasarienė and Andžejus Maciejevski – welcomed guests from Ukraine: judges, lawyers, notaries, corporate lawyers, and academics. They are currently studying mediation in the internationally recognized Master of Law program at Mykolas Romeris University.
During the meeting, insights were shared on the importance of court mediation in the legal system, its practical application, and the role of judges in promoting peaceful dispute resolution methods.
