European courts practice in the application of mediation in criminal cases
On the 25-28th of November, Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė, Chairperson of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, and Artūras Driukas, Chairperson of the Civil Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, visited Norway. During the visit, they were introduced to best practices in the application of mediation in criminal cases in Norway, Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands.
This visit was organised by the National Courts Administration as part of activities funded by the Bilateral Cooperation Fund of the European Economic Area and Norway Grants 2014-2021.
