Representatives of the Supreme Court participated in a meeting of the Judiciary and Media Working Group of the ENCJ
On May 8–9, President of the Judicial Council and the Supreme Court of Lithuania Danguolė Bublienė, and member of the Judicial Council, Chairperson of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė participated in the meeting of the Working Group on the Judiary and Media of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary in Brussels.
During this meeting, the working group members shared their experiences related to information published on social networks, freedom of the press, the public's right to information, aspects of the privacy of victims and witnesses, and other relevant topics.
