The Supreme Court of Lithuania in the Superior Courts Network: 10 years of cooperation in the field of human rights and freedoms protection
On June 5-6, the Superior Courts Network marked its first ten years of activity in Strasbourg. The Supreme Court of Lithuania became a member of this Network in 2016, when it began its activities. Celebrations included an opening session accessible to the public by webcast and the launch of an anniversary book “The Superior Courts Network - A community of practice in the service of justice”.
The book consists of articles prepared by the members of the Superior Courts Network, including the article "The Influence of the Superior Courts Network on the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of Lithuania" prepared by the Legal Research Group of the Supreme Court of Lithuania.
